The Commission is seeking OMB approval of the following changes that were made to Form No. 549D in this Order on Rehearing (Order 735-A) which: o generally reaffirms Order 735 o retracts the increased requirements for contract end dates and per-customer revenue o extends the filing deadlines from 30 days to 60 days after each reporting quarter, and o offers clarification on several matters. FERC does not change its earlier burden estimate from that provided in Order No. 735.
