Airports seeking approval to allow arriving and departing flights from Cuba, the port authority, director of airport operations, or the air carrier must send a written request to the CBP port director requesting permission, and providing the anticipated frequency of flights, times and days of flights, and type of aircraft.
This submission is associated with a Final Rule that must be published in the near future. This Rule is a Presidential priority.
