The Division of Consumer and Community Affairs (DCCA) proposes to revise its portion of the FR 3016 by decreasing the number of SRC surveys that would be conducted per year from four to two. This decrease is due to the DCCA restructuring of its research function as a result of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
