We estimate 500 respondents x 5 hours + 20 respondents x 2 hours each year. This would result in 520 respondents using 2,540 hours annually. Over the three year period, that would come to a total of 1,560 respondents using 7,620 hours at a cost of $226,390 (based on labor rate of $29.71/year)
