EPA has proposed revisions for two source categories subject to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Group I Polymers and Resins. Potential respondents subject to the new requirements of the NESHAP include an estimated 2 existing facilities that produce butyl rubber and ethylene-propylene rubber. The total annual responses attributable to this ICR consist of performance test notifications and reports, installation of monitoring equipment, and recordkeeping related to the proposed additional monitors. No burden estimates are provided for new sources because no new facilities are expected to be affected sources during the next 3 years.
