Abstract: The Consumer Opinion Forum is an internet-based survey or poll that would be available for voluntary participation by interested consumers 18 years of age and older through the CPSC website. The Consumer Opinion Forum would periodically post a set of questions, scenarios, or similar information to solicit opinions and perceptions from respondents related to specific product use.

Short Statement: When submitting a request for extension, we submitted an "annual estimate" for the generic clearance, instead of a 3 year budget for a generic clearance. The approved numbers have been multiplied by 3 years to show the correct budget request needed for this generic clearance.
