There has been a decrease of 115,942 annual burden hours previously reported for this information collection. Since the filing period closed for the NWIRP class action lawsuit, the number of respondents filing this application has been reduced significantly. The fee increased from $710 to $1,130. The Biometric fee increased from $80 to $85.
