Short Statement: There is a program change increase of 3,270 burden hours and 720 responses due to adding a new form FSA-2254-A “Guarantee Report Loss-Report Types 1,2,5,6, and 7”. Also there is an adjustment of 48,253 burden hours and -52,418 responses due to missing calculations in the burden grid. There is an overall increase in burden from the last approval of 204,584 to 256,107.
