US Code:
42 USC 1485
Name of Law: Housing Act of 1949
PL:
Pub.L. 109 - 97 515
Name of Law: USDA, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2006
The decrease in the number of respondents from 2006 to 2009 is due to the MPR demo program in 2006. It was fairly new and there was a lot of interest. Since then, the program has become more refined and the number of respondents has tapered off and stabilized into a fairly uniform number. The program change is merely a bookkeeping change to consolidate IC's.
