In 2006 the NCCC had a total of 5 campuses  thus the estimated respondents was 1200. Shortly afterward the NCCC was cut to 3 total campuses thus reducing the total respondents to 700 respondants. In 2009 the NCCC added two additional campuses bringing the number of respondents back up to 1200.
