Since this collection duplicates information already gathered via APIS and other electronic sources, DHS has agreed to phase it out over the next year. Accordingly, this collection is only approved for one year while DHS works with Commerce to establish data sharing for the information currently provided by the I-92. DHS is required to submit to an update on the phase-out to OIRA six months after the approval of this extension.
