The information collections are broken down into three IC's to represent the Individuals or Households; Private Sector; and State, Local, and Tribal Governments that may object to Forest Service Land Management plans. In the past, the Private sector, specifically NGOs, has provided the most objections to New Land Management Plans, Plan Amendments, and Plan Revisions.
