Short Statement: There is a reduction of -37,983 hours from our previous submission. All other Rural Housing Service programs, with the exception of Community Facilities (CF), have been removed from this collection because they do not have a graduation requirement and were inadvertently included in the last submission. Also FSA no longer uses this regulation to process their graduations since developing their own regulations.
