The purpose of Project LAUNCH is to promote healthy development and wellness in children birth to 8 years of age. Project LAUNCH is intended to address issues in the child service system by enhancing systems coordination, integrating child behavioral health services with other health services, and incorporating evidence-based programs to address children's healthy development.
