Abstract: SBA has established a pilot Dealer Floor Plan(DFP) program to provide guarantees for revolving lines of credit (LOC) to eligible automotive dealers. This information will be collected from the lenders participating in this pilot and will be used to assess the performance of the revolving loans and assist subsidy model formulation.

Emergency Justfication: SBA was encouraged by Congress during the confirmation hearing of our current Administrator to explore the possibility of providing loan guarantees to floor plan lines of credit.
