There was no substantive change to this Information Collection. However, The burden hours were decreased to reflect a correction to CBPÂs previous over estimate for record keeping. It was previously reported that record keeping would take about 20 minutes per submission, but that estimate was lowered to 5 minutes per submission. This lowered the total estimate for record keeping from 86,364 burden hours to 21,604 hours. As a result, the total burden hours for this information collection decreased from 302,402 hours to 237,642 hours.
