The respondents to the information collection are owners or operators of facilities subject to the standards of performance for new stationary compression ignition internal combustions engines. Respondents also include manufacturers who will be required to certify their stationary CI engines to the emission standards established in the rule. The information is requested by the agency to determine complianae with the rule. The information will then be used by enforcement agencies to verify that sources subject to the standard are meeting the emission reductions mandated by the Clean Air Act.
