Respondents are owners and operators of publicly owned treatment works that satisfy the applicability requirements in 40 CFR Section 63.1580. Respondents may be required to submit initial notifications, comply with inspection and monitoring requirements, including the development of an inspection and monitoring plan, submit a notification of compliance status, and maintain records of inspection.
