There is an overall decrease of 81,068 burden hours. The adjustment decrease of -77,441 hours for phytosanitary certificates is due to the Dutch market being closed for pest reasons. Also, there is an adjustment of -3,627 hours affecting the labeling of boxes which decreased from 3,629 to 2 hours. This occurred because the labeling of boxes was miscalculated in the last submission. The program estimated the number of actual boxes being labeled instead of the number of companies shipping those boxes.
