Short Statement: To comply with the Terms of Clearance to increase response rate, NASS is requesting approval to use a "Prices Paid Screener" yes/no questionnaire this fall before the actual survey is mailed out to refresh sampled population, confirm/correct addresses and business contacts and if they are a co-op with multiple locations or an independent opertion. An 80 percent response rate is expected. This will increase burden by 1,980 hours.
