Abstract: This is a collection of information involving the submission of various forms by contractors doing business with the FDIC. Three of the forms in the collection, Forms 3700/4A, 3700/12, and 3700/44, have been revised for purposes of clarification, consistency with Federal Acquisition Regulations, and to substitute use of the DUNS number for the TIN for contractor identification.
