Abstract: This collection seeks to comply with Secure Rural School Act, County Certification of Title III Expenditures. Public Law 110-343, passed in October 2008, requires county officials to certify Title III expenditures to the Secretary by February 1, 2009 and every year thereafter for funds received under the Secure Rural School Act.
