The information collection related to the implementation study will allow for description and documentation of the interventions being tested; respondents are program managers and staff and participants.

There is no change in burden from the most recently approved clearance, however upon converting systems to ICRAS all instruments were combined into one Part 2. Therefore, the Part 2 worksheets supporting the instruments appear to alter the allocation of burden of hours when in fact this is just a restoration to the detail contained in the original clearance.
