To evaluate information to determine whether defense article or defense service is covered by the U.S. Munitions List under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
Increase in hour burden because of more accurate estimate of number of respondants. Annual cost burden is $0.0. It was initially anticipated the respondants would submit their responses electronically and would be charged ~ $100.00 for using digital signatures. The system that would provide that ability isn't online at this time.
