Abstract: This collection of information is necessary in order for Rural Development to identify advanced biofuel producers eligible for payments under section 9005 of 2008 Farm Bill.

Emergency Justfication: The Secretary of Agriculture has directed the Agency to establish the program through a Notice, proposed rule and final rule. Guidelines need to be established concerning the nature of the program and the delivery model to be used, so that implementation policies can be developed. In order to meet the publication of the notice for this program in FY 2009, we are requesting an emergency clearance of the burden package.
