The rule addreses air pollution from Polycarbonates Production Acrylic and modacrylic Fibers Production; Acetal Resins Produc- tion; and Hydrogen Fluoride Production. In general, all sources subject to NESHAP standards require initial notifications, performance tests, and periodic reports.
