To expand U.S. agricultural exports by making available export credit guarantees to encourage U.S. private sector financing of foreign purchases of U.S. agricultural commodities on credit terms.
A decrease in burden hours from 8,458 to 2,555 has resulted from a reduction in the number of applications submitted for these programs and also a result of increased activity in participants applying on line, instead of paper applications.
