In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for two years. GIPSA should track the burden of the revised collection to ensure that the revised burden is accurate. In addition, GIPSA should work toward creating an online option for this collection to reduce the burden on the public. Within six months, GIPSA should develop and provide a plan to OMB for web-based implementation. The plan should include a timeline for implementation.
