The majority of the burden estimate increase (13,968 hours) is an adjustment attributable to the increase in the number of FDIC-supervised institutions subject to Part 363. The remaining estimated increase of 3,744 burden hours is for changes to this information collection based upon the estimated effect of the proposed amendments to Part 363 (72 F.R. 62310).
