Short Statement: Collection 0579-0092, Animal Welfare, Part 3, Subparts B and C, Guinea Pigs, Hamsters, and Rabbits, is being consolidated with this collection. There is an increase of 1,470 respondents with the merger of collection 0579-0092 with this collection, an increase of 2,225 annual responses overall resulting from increases in the number of responses per respondent for State respondents, and 219 total burden hours because the time needed to complete these information activities was re-evaluated resulting in a better estimate of the actual time spent to complete the information.
