Abstract: The Defense Medical Human Resources System Internet (DMHRSi) is a Joint medical COTS software application that provides the Military Health System (MHS) with an enterprise human capital management tool encompassing all personnel (military, civilians, contractors, and volunteers) across the spectrum of manpower, personnel, labor cost accounting, readiness and education/training.
