The CDC-funded National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program (NBCCEDP) is the largest organized cancer screening program in the U.S. CDC proposes minor changes to the information collection for Minimum Data Elements. CDC also proposes to discontinue collection of information for the System of Technical Assistance Reporting and to modify the title of the information collection to reflect the changes.

CDC has discontinued the STAR infrastructure data requirement which accounted for 1700 previously approved burden hours. Currently requested annualized burden hours are 544. There is no change to the number of respondents. Annualized cost to the Federal Government is estimated at $1,073,440.00.
