The application meat grading, certification and QSVP services authorizes USDA employees to perform such services in requesting establishments. The information contained on the applications also serve as a legal agreement between parties.
LS-313 and LS-315 forms have been revised since the last submission to eliminate personal identification data. Additionally, the forms were modified slightly to reorganize the flow of information thereby allowing more efficient and timely preparation. With this submission, there is a decrease of -70 burden hours.
