There was a program change of +22,086 and an adjustment of +565,396. APHIS amended the collection to more accurately show the activities of the program. The reason for the increase is due to the inclusion of the recordkeeping required for the programÂs activities. These changes in activities include the addition of 4 new forms covering identification and indemnity and the removal of 1 form (Application for Advancement to Certified Status, VS Form 5-23). APHIS also adjusted the burden hours in several activities to more accurately reflect the estimated time required to complete the activity.
