Short Statement: The removal of estimates from the cold storage report that had been discontinued over time and the breakout of categories of interest to align more closely with the record keeping system of the cold storage industry resulted in the questionnaires per response time being reduced from 30 to 25 minutes for a -300 burden hour reduction.
