Short Statement: The adjustment of -4,936,706 responses is due to an extra "5" being inadvertently included in the 5,552,146 number of previously approved Annual Number of Responses which should have read 552,146. In addition, the agency disaggregated this ICR into three ICs based on the estimated number of annual form filings anticipated during the next three years. As as result, the estimated total ICR responses is 685,610[615,440 IC-1 + 68,700 IC-2 + 1,470 IC-3 = 685,610].
