This is not a PRA violation. DOT/FMCSA requested a 90 day EE request on 11/20/07 via ROCIS to OIRA before this ICR expired on 11/30/07. State and Indian tribes are required to provide information to the FMCSA identifying all non-radioactive hazardous materials routing designations (highways) which exist within their jurisdictions.
