Short Statement: There are no program changes. The number of used car dealers and number of cars sold decreased. Based upon industry input since the 2004 PRA notice, time estimates were increased for (1) ordering and stocking Buyers Guides and (2) entering data on Buyers Guides. The time estimate was increased for complying with the requirements to post Spanish Buyers Guides because of an increase in the estimated number of Spanish language used car sales. The net effect is the increase shown in the ICR summary table.
