Abstract: FERC-574 data will be used by the Commission for making a determination as to whether an applicant qualifies for an exemption from the provisions of the Natural Gas Act (Section 1(c)). If the exemption is granted, the pipeline is not required to file certificate applications or other applications or forms otherwise prescribed by the Commission.
