Per the PRA, the OMB expiration date should be printed on all survey instruments. Also, ACF shall revise the race/ethnicity questions on the surveys to comply with OMB standards. These revisions should be made prior to fielding the surveys.

Conduct an assessment of the mentoring community's program administors to identify needs in building a toolkit of practical information and tools. The data will be used to improve mentoring programs in promoting cultural competence and diversity. FYSB will conduct an assessment of the mentoring community to identify and assess the needs for the purpose of building a toolkit of practical information and tools to assist mentoring progras in promoting cultural competence and diversity in their programs . The toolkit modules will address recruiting minority mentors assessing and matching mentors and mentees, training, education program staff and participants, and promoting ethnic identity development. The respondents are Mentoring Children and Prisoner's (MCP) grantee program administors and non-MCP mentoring program adminstrators.
