Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to quarantine parts of Bingham and Bonneville Counties, ID, which will necessitate the use of a compliance agreement, Federal certificate, and limited permit.

Emergency Justfication: The purpose of this emergency clearance is for the interim rule to establish new regulations to prohibit or restrict the interstate movement of regulated articles from quarantined areas of Bingham and Bonneville cOunties, ID.
