State grant recipients of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds are required under Section 404 of the Robert T. Stafford Act (PL 93-288, as amended) to develop or review/update a State Administration Plan after each disaster declaration that describes how the State will manage such funds. FEMA is responsible for reviewing and approving the plan for compliance with the requirements of 44 CFR Part 206.437.

The prior number of responses, according to OMB NOA/Inventory was 33 responses and 383 burden hours. Current ICR responses increased in Frequency from 1.45 (27 min.) to 1.5 (30 min.) an increase of (3 minutes). A decrease in the number of respondents from 33 respondents to 32 respondents. Although the adjustment changes are minimal, this collection is a revision due to the change in burden estimates and and the number of respondents, due to agency descretion.
