In the interest of sound management and to meet OMB and Congressional reporting requirements, DOS ECA/P requests a generic clearance to conduct performance measurement and evaluation of ECA exchange programs. Data collection may be in the form of ECA websites and on-line surveying, mailed or electronic questionnaires, personal interviews and focus groups involving alumni, participants, applications, program administrators, hosts, and other types of respondentes related to ECA exchange programs.
