There is a change in the frequency of the national surveys from every 2 years to every 3 years; the response time to complete an individual questionnaire from 45 to 60 minutes; inclusion of the biennial Oregon Christmas Tree Production Survey and the addition of non-respondent counts to total response resulted in the decrease of -3,245 hours.
