Abstract: This request is to merge 0648-0555, Hagfish Observer and Dealer Permitting Requirements, into 0648-0202, Northeast Region Permit Family of Forms and to combine the dealer permit application forms, by adding a checkbox for hagfish to the current 0648-0202 application form.
