This collection of information is required to implement the duty preference provisions of the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act of 2000 (CBTPA), to expand trade benefits to countries in the Caribbean Basin.
The reduction in the burden hours is due primarily to the movement of trade from the Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act (CBTPA) to the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA).
