The proposed increase of 25 hours results from the Agency publishing a proposed revision to 29, CFR 1910.109 currently titled "Explosivess and blasting agents." The proposed revision would enhance the protecton provided to employees engaged in the manufacture, storage, sale and transportation, handling and use of explosives.
