Short Statement: Total annual burden is 165,161 hours, up 24,138 hours from the current inventory of 141,023. This increase is due to small changes in sample sizes, the addition of pre-survey and publicity materials, addition of questionnaire testing allowance for each sampling frame, and addition of possible agricultural yield distressed acreage update.
