Insured financial institutions must provide quarterly reports of condition and income to the appropriate regulatory for supervisory, surveillance, regulatory, research, insurance assessment and informational purposes.
The Board, FDIC, and OCC (agencies) propose (1) to replace certain information submitted for deposit insurance assessment purposes with the information described in amendments to Part 327 of the FDIC's regulations, (2) to revise the information on time deposits, (3) to collect certain data on fair value measurements from those institutions that choose, under generally accepted accounting principles, to apply a fair value option to one or more financial instruments.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
