Short Statement: When this ICR was submitted in October the state of Louisiana had not completed an action plan for disaster funds. The Governor of Louisiana is anxious to provide additional assistance to homeowners who suffered flood and/or wind damage to their residences from Hurricanes Katrina and or Rita.
